Also a Dutch tv program called Kassa claims several Xbox 360s do make a big round scratch on discs.

Jack Evans, a Microsoft spokesman, stated about these complaints; "Out of the millions of Xbox consoles in use, Microsoft has not received any widespread reports of Xbox 360s scratching discs"

This case is very painfull for Microsoft after the recent anouncement about the big amount of faulty Xbox 360 consoles. Despite these problems with the Xbox business unit Microsoft expects the unit to be profitable in 2008. Microsoft sells the consoles at a loss, hoping to earn profit from the games sales & licenses.
