A new revision of the Xbox 360 has been spotted. This "new" Xbox 360 has the so-called Jasper motherboard.

This motherboard contains an onboard 256MB flash chip, instead of the 16MB flash chip. Microsoft included internal memory storage, so the Arcade SKU now ships without (external) Memory Unit & the new NXE dashboard will install fully on the flashchip, so it doesn't need a HDD, or external memory unit. The internal memory can also be used to store gamesave data, or Xbox Live marketplace items.
The new motherboard also features a new 65nm GPU & a new south bridge model, Xbox-scene reports.
