Pioneer has announced its latest high-end Blu-ray player, the BDP-LX91.
|
The Blu-ray player offers full BD-Live functionality & features a newly-developed 16-bit video engine which provides advanced video decoding, scaling & adjustments.
Pioneer's proprietary Adaptive Bit Length Expansion technology reproduces the colours of a movie in their purest form, as if they were coming straight from the original studio master.
The BDP-LX91 offers 7.1 channel DTS-HD Master & Dolby TrueHD Audio decoding & bit stream output. It also features a dedicated power supply for the analogue audio board & 8 Wolfson Audio DACs. It's quite remarkable the player has 2 HDMI outputs so that the audio & video can be transferred separately.
