Sony introduces 4 Blu-ray HDD recorders |

| Four new Bravia Blu-ray/HDD recorders will be introduced by Sony in Japan. |

All models are capable of burning 50GB dual-layer, BD-R/RE discs to backup the recordings on the hard drive.
The top model, the BDZ-X90 features 2 analogue & 2 digital tuners (it's not clear yet what kind of digital tuners) All models use MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 encoding with support for lossless DTS-HD & TrueHD Master Audio & HD bitstream output.
The 4 models have different HDD capacities:
All models will go on sale in Japan November 8th & the top model will cost about $1,755 (no other prices, or regions are mentioned yet)
