| LG introduced its autumn collection of new plasma TVs; the 32PG6000, PG6900 & PG7000. |
The 32PG6000 is the world's 1st production 32 inch plasma. It features 720p HD (acceptable at this screen size), a contrast ratio of 30,000:1 & brightness of 1,500cd/m2, 100Hz technology, 16-bit colour, built-in DVB-T tuner, 10W stereo speakers, full handling of a 1080p signal & 2 HDMI inputs.
The PG6900 features dual digital tuners & 160GB HDD for PVR functionality & is available in both 42 & 50-inch screen sizes. It has a resolution suitable for 720p. It boasts 30,000:1 contrast ratio & 1,500cd/m2, 100Hz & 2 HDMI inputs.
The PG7000 comes in 50 and 60-inch sizes. It's full 1080p, 30,000:1 contrast ratio, 1,500cd/m2, 100Hz technology, Dual XD Engine, video set-up "expert" mode, in-built DVR, two HDMI connectors & Bluetooth.
All 3 models should be available during October this year (no prices are mentioned yet)
