Last year Sharp already anounced this huge LCD tv at the IFA.

This LCD tv offers a full HD resolution of 1,920×1,080 pixels (which is at this size not so much), the panel supports 7.6 million colors, a brightness of 400cd/m2, contrast ratio of 1,200:1 & a viewing angle of 176 degrees.

The LB-1085 comes with 3 x HDMI ports & several other a/v ports. This tv is very power hungry & wastes 1,130W (Greenpeace won't be happy)
It also has impressive measurements: 2,572×202×1,550mm & weighs 195 kgs. The Sharp Aquos LB-1085 will cost 11,000,000 Yen (more then 66.000 Euros) and is currently only available in Japan.
